On Friday May 8 at 7:30 pm, I’ll be reading in Victoria as part of the Planet Earth Poetry series at Russell Books, #100 – 747 Fort St. I’ll be reading from my Spring 2025 collection Out of the Ordinary.

Reading with me will be Ronna Bloom and Joanna Lilley. Toronto poet Ronna Bloom initiated connections between poetry and medical education and practice, including starting the Sinai Health poet-in-residence program in Toronto. Whitehorse poet Joanna Lilley’s 2020 collection, Endings, from Turnstone Press, focuses on extinct animals.

Admission to the event, which includes an open mic session, is free.
